Very happy with these great JBL Tune Beam ear buds. Purchased “as new” (packaging will be damaged but product will be as new) option initially to save a fiver, as well as the environment, but one of the ear buds was scuffed with the plastic cracked which had caused it to become misshapen to the extent that it wouldn’t fit in the charging case. Informed Amazon and provided pics and received the usual high standard Customer Care that we have been accustomed to. Full refund provided without any hassle and ordered a new pair immediately which arrived the following day. The buds have long battery life, sound amazing, offer excellent noise cancelling features, look cool and are very comfortable to wear. Recommend downloading the JBL Heaphone App which provides additional options to make this fantastic product even better….100% recommended by me!

They used to be way better in past. It was my second (or third) pair and the previous did better. Anyways! The noise reduction is really good, they’re still sounding clear and loud, although it was a bit louder before. Have never had any issue with the connectivity, Bluetooth works flawless. They’re comfortable to wear and easy to operate. Two cons I can tell about this revision are the quality of product, which stopped working way faster than before and sometimes it was really tricky to get the earphones charge in the case. Still a solid 4 tho.

The buds frequently don’t make proper contact in the charging case. Sometimes one bud won’t charge, then the other. It becomes a daily guessing game, which completely defeats the purpose of wireless earbuds. This isn’t about misuse — it’s a basic design or quality flaw. Sound is fine when they work, but that doesn’t matter if you can’t rely on them being charged when you need them. For me, zero points for longevity and zero for reliability.

Earphones sound good, the battery life is incredibly good especially with how fast they charge up. They fit great, I use them while running and lifting, and they have never fallen out. Great value for money.

Absolute value for money, the sound quality is awesome, bluetooth connectivity sometimes lags a bit, decent noise canceling in the noisy environments. The best part is the charging speed plus the 48hr case and Earbuds time.

Seeing the price of these I bought straight away, the sound quality is great, answering phone calls with just one tap is very helpful when you're busy. Easy to connect. Would recommend.

Guter, satter Sound, Akkulaufzeit ist in Ordnung. Schnelle Aufladung. Dank der mitgelieferten Ohrmuschel-Adapter in mehreren Größen passen sie sehr gut ins Ohr. Geräuschunterdrückung funktioniert sehr gut. Preis ist ok. Kann ich weiter empfehlen.

I am just using this product last 3-4 days only . ( Disclaimer : I am a blind fan of JBL ) . Technicity : (+) side . 1) Sound quality is best . 2) Best to know about the JBL App. ( From Google play store ) or it can be downloaded from the given barcode scanning also . A simple word Awesome . 3) Via the App there are some pre-set Equalizer is set . Best option is , you can customize them ! as well as you can create as per your own also . Once more you can create ! 4) Touch tapping is very sensitive . 5) Most interesting thing is it's ANC . Use it with Caution ! it really work so well , you will just out of any noisy world . So while driving or walking on road , use this cautiously . 6) for Ambient aware Mode , you can customize that also !! How much ambient noise is allowed , you can set the same . 7) A very funny facility is there . If you lost your Bud/s you can find them with the App . By using ' Find my Buds ' options . Usually it is very useful who are slipping while using the buds . 8) Bud/s internal battery is OK . ( Not a good time to make any comment onto it , after 6 months I will share ) 9) Another very useful Option is there . If there is no activity of the Buds ( Suppose nothing is playing ) it will auto stop after a customize time . It will save battery of the Buds . Very useful while travelling . ( Fig : 5 ) . Technical : (-) side . 1) the But will come default with small earplug . It may give uncomfortable feeling . But Medium & Large plugs are there . So pls. change accordingly . 2) The Earplug/s are not comparable with other brands earplug ( not even JBL's own earplugs also ) . So be cautious . 3) Sometimes my bud is not showing in JBL app. ( ?? !! ) , even it is playing at that time in my ears also !!!! How I don't know . 4) Have a little doubt ( not sure ) about the battery backup of the Base-Casing . I attached some of the screen-shots from my App . If it helps you .

Sonido muy muy bueno. Los graves excelentes, emparejamiento super rapido con cuqluier dispositivo, pc movil, etc. En mi caso, los quería también para que sirviera para mis reuniones online, y cansado de probar otros porqu no tengo dinero para unos de apple, estos fueron una gran sorpresa. La calidad del audio en llamada es brutal, se te esccha al otro lado en muchas ocasiones que no parecen inalambricos y la cancelación de ruido muy muy buena. De lo mejor tras probar durate varios años modelos y modelos distintos.

Audio buono, volume non altissimo ma sufficiente, bei bassi corposi e potenti. Inoltre con l'applicazione dedicata si può accedere a un sacco di funzioni e personalizzazioni
