I am a nurse and I write every single day. have found this pan to be perfect. It’s not too expensive and it’s nice and sturdy, but very elegant. This pan makes writing or enjoyable when you have to do a lot for your job. Recently, I had an issue with the lid after I had dropped it. The company are replacing it for me with very good customer services. Additionally, been able to get the refills from the same place is amazing. Thank you.

Absolutely terrific pen, beautifully made, writes fluently. Such a pleasure to write with. Comes in a beautiful presentation box with a spare refill. They say you get what you pay for, with this pen you a getting more for your money. Absolutely beautiful to write with. I have bought this pen as a birthday present so it has not been used yet. However the pen looks stunning and of a really good quality. It came in a lovely gift box and looks a really great present.

Beautiful pen in style, shape and weight. Perfect flow of ink as well and very happy with it. Bought in March 2024 for my 40th and got it engraved (silver on silver is very subtle but nice and Scriveiner wasn't doing engraving back then). Customer service has been terrific at the beginning with lots of questions and now, over a year later, too. The presentation box is attractive, which I kept, and the cloth, spare ink and spare spring is an appreciated touch. Fair prices and I would highly recommend this pen and this company. The silver with gold was my favourite and the medium ink. I ordered a fair few to see which I liked the best and the classic look gets my vote and I preferred the rollerball experience to the fountain pen. Very happy customer and enjoying using it - it gives a special feel every time!

This is a good pen. The ink seems a little 'thick' on paper, but leaves a good impression. Also, the pen is a little heavy when the lid is placed on the back when writing. It comes in a fine presentation box with one refill and a warranty extention. So far I find it worth the purchase.

I liked the look of Scriveiner's Silver Chrome Rollerball Pen with 24K Gold Finish and purchased one as a Christmas gift for my wife. I wasn't disappointed on the pens arrival, it exuded quality with a good weight and writing balance with the cap removed. The lightly knurled barrel also made holding the pen easier. I had some difficulty with Scriveiner's extended warranty registration and contacted them directly on their website. Impressively they replied within minutes confirming that my registration was successfully processed. Other than on Christmas day the pen, which was well received by my wife, wasn't used again for almost a month during which time the ink in the refill became stuck. The originally supplied 'additional' refill worked perfectly but I contacted Scriveiner as the refill in the pen should have lasted longer than an couple of testing sentences. Again they replied within minutes advising of all the tricks to get an 'ink' stuck refill working, but whether or not this worked agreed to send me a refill, which arrived a couple of days later. It was disappointing that I had issues with the installed pen refill which I couldn't be resolved, but Scriveiner's excellent customer service was second to none and my wife is still happy with her new pen.

Such an elegant, good quality pen. The pen has a bit of weight so you feel like you are holding something. The pen writes smooth and glides across the page with ease. The after care from the manufacturer is excellent and every time you contact them you get a speedy response and they always follow up on your enquiry. I definitely recommend this pen and supplier.
