OK, this thing (the stainless steel model) is awesome. Got it for my wife, who loves her coffee but hates watered-down iced coffees in the summer, and she thinks it's great. Easy to use, chills your drink very quickly, and the steel model won't crack. If you're thinking you'll like it, chances are that you will.

The lid cracked within a week of daily use. I would brew the coffee in a cup and not directly on to the lid. Inspite of that, the lid cracked. They should think of making the lid stainless steel as well! Or offer replacement lids.

Love this thing, I use it everyday and just stick it under my coffee maker for instant iced coffee that's not watered down

Got this stainless steel one, and so far have been using it for a few months... and it has worked well! The only thing is that I noticed the bottom of it has bulged out, so it doesn't sit flat perfectly on the table anymore. Not sure why or how that happened. Other than that, it works as described! For those having difficulty taking the lid off, just run the top under hot water for a few mins. Very easy.
