It was so comfortable, and I was really liking it. The previous chair I had had a malfunction, so I had to buy this chair and now I have had bad luck again, got this delivered Friday, my husband put it together Saturday, I got to enjoy it all day Sunday. (I noticed the wheel was slightly slanted and sitting funny so I thought my husband didn’t snap the wheels in all the way. I fixed it and it was great) Today, Monday, I went to sit in it and the wheel snapped off! So disappointed with how things are made nowadays.Edited to say customer service is amazing and they fixed my issues no problem and now I can use my chair and it’s so comfortable!

It was easy to put together. It looks good for the quality. The back support is a little hard . But overall nice looking chair. I also feel the chair is meant for shorter people .

This might quite possibly be the worst designed chair I’ve ever said, and as far as office chairs go, I can’t imagine there are many other more poorly designed chairs than this as it makes you feel like you wanna fall out of it every time you sit down because of the placement of The stand beneath and the pivot point being so far back. I would not recommend this chair to anybody if I could give it zero stars I absolutely would. What a waste of money this was. The bottom cushion literally has no padding either. The only good feature is the neck pad that attaches magnetically at the top, even though it falls off pretty much at the lightest touch.

Great, and comfy, very easily to put together, and got it for cheap, the back support is okay but could be better, but I can lay back on it and knock out.

I am very pleased with this new chair. My last gaming chair really put a strain on my legs/hips trying to squeeze into a regular sized chair. I would recommend to the merchant of these chairs to market them in a different manner. It took me a long time of searching before I stumbled upon this chair. The headline for their ad should mention something about big and tall so the keywords will show up more easily in an Amazon search engine.

I bought the chair for my son and one of the legs ended breaking off in about 6 months. Seller was slow to respond and then stopped responding all together. Issue never corrected.

We already had an office chair and wanted one similar to that one. This chair was almost identical. We are very happy with this chair for our office. It was also very easy to put together. All you need is an allen wrench and it came with the chair. We are very happy with this chair.
