The compliance lumbar support is perfect for petites and youths. i'm 5'3" and 110 pounds. I found the regular lumbar support too big for my body but this one is just right. i don't agree with other reviewers that it squishes to nothing. I found this lumbar support rather firm and in fact I will need to get used to it. It does provide the support I need in my lower back after surgery. I'll be using this in the car but may buy another to keep in the house. I recommend securing the elastic strap before putting it around the car seat. Just close and then slip the support over the top of the seat and down to your desired position. I also had to turn the lumbar support backwards with the zipper against me in order for the support to fit nicely into the concave of the seat.

Great extra support on couch or chair. Nice value

Recommended by my husbands’ therapist, this was a big help for back support when seated, provides firm support but is cushioned by a foam surround.

Edit**** The customer service for this company is excellent and even thought it is listed as non returnable, the company gave me a full refund for the product. I appreciated the help and support of them reaching out to me to resolve my issue! I have purchased other items in the past from OPTP and find them to be an excellent resource for products in the therapy market. Will use them again the future. The product was smaller than I had hoped for and is listed as not returnable. I purchased 2 different lumbar pillows for my car expecting to be able to return whichever one was not suitable. This one was a little too small and squishy but when I went to the return section to discover this product was not returnable. I guess I will be reading the fine print for every purchase I make on Amazon since some things are not returnable for no good reason. It was not a great product and if I could have seen it in a store, I wouldn't have bought it. The reason I use Amazon as a service for things is because I can return easily without question if an item isn't what it says it is.

Though I do like this, as someone mentioned it is not that comfortable. Maybe a memory foam would be better? Its very firm. Also sorry but I don't think this cost much to make. Though it looks nice but I think it is way overpriced and not having velcro to adjust or a cliptogether is kinda a drag. Either way Ill use for a while and see how it does.

I've only had it a week but I like it a lot. It's not too soft or too hard. I have sciatica on L5-Si and I use this while I watch tv with my husband - helps!

Perfect for a petite person. I am using this in my new truck as a neck rest. It fits perfectly filling the gap where the headrest should meet my neck. Other rolls are way to big for me, not giving the correct support. I bought it for long road trip, but it us so comfortable I use it all the time. With this and the lumbar seat controls, my spine issues are no longer a problem driving. Amazing how getting the right support for your head and neck correct your driving posture. My only complaint is the strap. I wish it had a Velcro closure like the one I had many years ago. This strap tends to slip on the very large headrest. Velcro allows you to get it really tight. I will try and put Velcro on it myself.

I went to Physical Therapy earlier in the week and the therapist had me try a lumbar roll as I recently learned I have multiple back issues included arthritis. The roll felt amazing! Great support and, to some degree, pain relief. The therapist gave me a flyer for this specific brand and model so I ordered it thinking I would be getting what I had tried in the office. This roll shows up and is about 50% of the size of the one I thought I was getting. It lost its shape within 5-10 minutes of usage. A total an utter disappointment and waste of my money. I would not recommend it and don't believe I would order the brand again.
