Hibiwash MAT2727 Antimicrobial Skin Cleanser Bottle, 500 mL

Fantastic product. After years of suffering acne breakouts across my back and shoulders and an occasional scaly rash on my throat, I decided to try this bodywash. Wow! It's gentle enough to use daily without an adverse reaction and my skin noticeably improved within days. It also doesn't seem to react with other products such as soap, face wash or shampoo. As a bonus I've discovered that my body now has no odour at all - armpits and groin remain odour-free for several days (I noticed this whilst hiking and wild camping for a long weekend without a shower). So if I shower daily then I don't need to use deodorant, which saves a little money and also helps the environment. If I had to complain about anything then I'd say that the red liquid doesn't lather easily so you need to apply more than you would if using a conventional shower gel. And it's a shame that the bottle doesn't have a pump dispenser - you can buy one for a ridiculous price but I've simply decanted the contents into a hand soap dispenser, which also prevents spills of the very runny liquid. We now use this as shower gel and hand soap when at home and whilst travelling. It's pricey but for the benefits it's well worth it.

I always have a bottle of this in my cupboard for use with my dogs, one of them suffers with allergies especially on her paws in the Autumn so I dilute this with water and wash her paws after walks and it helps to keep the itchiness at bay. Also useful for cleaning any wounds.

We were advised by our vet to purchase hibiscrub after our dog suffered a minor injury. No chemist in the local area had a stock so i turned to trusty amazon. This is called hibiwash, i googled it and the results advised it was just a brand name and was the same product so we ordered the 500ml bottle. What arrived was 2 x 250ml bottle, which too be honest suited us. The product feels awful when used, sticky and slimy, however when rubbed in with water it's a bit more like a thick liquid soap. We are applying this to our dogs injury each time she returns from a walk as advised by our vet. I do feel this is expensive for what it is, especially when you look at the price of local chemist stock.

Tried this to stop ingrowing hairs on my legs & under arms. But have found if I use twice a week I don’t need deodorant & it’s stopped the ingrowing hairs. Have tried the slightly cheaper brand but it’s not a patch on this.
