Great Feature Rich System
I have been using these Panasonic systems for years. Eventually, like everything that gets old, my previous system needed to be updated. I tried a V-tech system that looked to have all the same feature but cost less. I just replaced that system with this Panasonic as there is no substitute for the quality and extensive features, many of which, are not capabilities of the V-tech system. While they both support BT connectivity with 2 cell phones, there are significant differences and the Panasonic works consistently and with a fuller suite of functions. I was able to import my address book from my cell phone, and call blocking functions are better and easier to use. Sound quality is comparable and voicemail features similar. The V-tech, while indicating BT connection with the cell phone, did not work consistently, and is one of the main reasons for needing that capability - to consistently make and receive cell phone calls via this home system with its 5 handsets.

Nice features that make this phone perfect!
Nice cordless phone that links to cell. I like many no longer have a dedicated landline number in my house. I wanted to try and stop being so glued to the phone but without risking not being available for calls. This works perfectly and it’s actually more comfortable to hold than holding my iPhone. Really easy setup and since it’s Bluetooth it syncs with my contacts. Can easily see who is calling. Automatically connects once I walk in the door. Love this. Yes it’s pricey but you get what you pay for.

Good, Not Great
Mixed review! These are Good and work well, but expect patience with setup. For example linking to your mobile or hearing aids–Note that they are only limited to one OR the other Bluetooth device (cannot be used simultaneously). I suggest buying Like-New (pre-owned) from the Amazon Warehouse and saving 50% of the cost because these really aren't worth the $200+ price point, but I suppose $100 is reasonable. The loud speaker is mediocre and not Great–check out Panasonic's +12db cheaper model without Bluetooth if you're buying for elders or need that additional hearing capability. This model is a "niche" item for those who need the mobile-link or Bluetooth hearing-aid functionality, but otherwise this model is quite overpriced and there are better options. Lastly, spam calls will get by the "14,000" preset list because the list is mostly outdated from 2021. Oh and turn off the battery warning in the settings or buy 1100mah batteries for +$10, because the 400mah ones provided only last 4-5 hours off the charging station. Not a big deal depending on your use case but something to be aware of. Thanks, and God Bless! ♥️

Outstanding performance
The landline phone system we had in our home worked fine however the problem was that we were constantly bombarded each day with Robo Calls and all kinds advertising and junk spam phone call that were just never ending and very annoying to say the least. I did quite a bit of research on Amazon on the new generation of phones that included anti spam technology and ultimately decided up this Panasonic phone system after going through all the product reviews. I also liked the fact that it was made by Panasonic. The phone system I was replacing was also Panasonic and had served us well for many years so I have faith in the brand. Setup and installation of the system was straight forward and easy enough and within 30 minutes I had the system up and running and set up. I did have to read the instructions in order to set up my preferred preferences (voice message, ring volume, spam settings, etc) but I found the instructions very clear and easy to follow. This phone allows you to sync it with your cellular phones, which is a really nice option, but I have no interest in this feature at the present time so I didn't bother with that, however I did read the instructions on how to do it and it didn't appear to be to complicated. I may utilize the cell phone feature later.. I found the system to be visually attractive and of quality construction and the best part of all is that from the minute I activated the system the spam phone calls immediately stopped. It was like a miracle We would receive no less that a dozen such annoying spam phone calls each day, sometimes two dozen. It's been 2 days now and we have not received even 1 such annoying call. My wife and I are thrilled to say the least and if a spam call does slip through somehow all we have to do is simply press the "Block" call button and the phone and that number will never be able to call us again. The system comes pre-programmed with an internal list of known spam callers and you can add your own numbers to that list if you need to simply by hitting the "Block" button. Doesn't get any easier than that. This is really a great system, I love it. Its spam blocking technology really works well and the amount of other features that the phone has is amazing. If you're looking to replace your older phone system in order to avoid those annoying spam calls just order this system.... you will be very happy you did.

Good Phone--Some Problems/Annoyances
I would like to give this phone a "3+" star rating if I could. The phone itself has many nice features included but it also has some "issues" you will have to deal with. It is easy to set up and looks good on a desk in an office. Be aware that the manual that comes with it IS NOT complete. It does not offer all the information you need about the phone. If you want the REAL instruction/set-up manual go to the Panasonic help site and they will give you a free extensive instruction manual. This is the complete manual that really is helpful. The screens are bright and easy to see as well as the numbers. The buttons all "work" well with soft touch features. One BIG PROBLEM is that the phone WILL ring out of sequence with your other phones you have in your home. I did ALL of the troubleshooting offered by Panasonic to no avail to correct this problem. Also, I contacted my telephone service provider and they told me that some phones like these have this issue and really nothing could be done to correct it (the phone company did check all my service and lines and found everything in working order on their "end"). The speaker on the base unit works well but voices sound sort on "tin-like" and there is no way to adjust the tone of the speaker; so this is another issue you might just have to live with. I did call friends and ask them how I sounded from my end and they all told me I sounded fine. If you can "live with" the out of sequence ringing this phone should work well for you. I decided to keep the phone because of the other features and because I have purchased Panasonic phones for many years and they overall work quite well.

They still make landline phones??
I had fiber internet installed in my house because I am disabled and am home 99 44/100% of the time. It's fast and reliable but what took me a year to discover what that I was paying for a landline as well. Since I have brain issues and can't always locate my mobile phone I thought that keeping the landline was a good idea. This phone has great sound and is very rugged. My doggos have knocked the bases off of the tables a few times but nothing has ever broken. Great sound even when using the speaker phone function. Lots and lots of features packed into this package. The only problem I had was that the included rechargeable batteries weren't so I had to replace them. Other than that the purchase was exactly what I needed.

Make sure you set it up before the 30 day return period
Bought this phone a few months back but did not set it up til recently. Having had my old Panasonic for over 15 years, I didn't anticipate any problems. WRONG. First, being a senior, I had hoped for a loud ring. Not particularly loud even on the highest setting. Ditto for the volume of the calls. (With my hearing aids and speaker phone ON.) Second, one of the handsets is not working properly in that the screen is grayed out and is missing about one fourth to one third of screen on the right. Thus, I cannot see how charged the battery is, I have to guess at what is on the menu or use another working handset as a guide. Third, not sure why but for some reason the base lost power and had to be powered back up. It only happened once in the week I've had it set up, so hopefully, it is not an ongoing issue. And although I have hardly used them, the handsets seem to be frequently charging. Fourth, since there is supposedly a warranty, I went to the website. It says to register the product first. (I thought I had registered it through the phone which has an item called "register" but apparently not.) To register It asks for the model number--there are two similar but different model numbers on the two stickers referred to. Then I have to find the serial number. These instructions were clear enough on how to find the information. Then they ask date of purchase, purchase price (what does that have to do with it--does the cheaper price mean you're low on the priority or does it mean that the cheaper price means "of course the telephone is defective" for that price. In any event, I looked up this information on the Amazon website But then, Panasonic wants you to upload a picture of the model number and the serial number. Unfortunately, my computer for some reason is not working in this regard so I am unable to upload this information, which means I cannot register the product? And if you have to upload the pictures of the stickers with the model and serial numbers, why ask this on the registration form in the first place? This is a bunch of baloney. In short, I'll have to find another way to register and find out about the warranty. I'm assuming there is another route, but it's already been troublesome and time consuming just to be able to exercise my access to the warranty. So added to what I consider a woefully inadequate registration and warranty process, the defect in the one handset and the over all mediocre sound quality of the handsets, all in all, I am extremely disappointed Until now, I've had good experiences with all my Panasonic products. If you have good hearing and are tech savvy and patient enough to comply with the rigmarole uploading, etc., this phone might be fine, but if you have any hearing deficit and like things (like warranty and registration) to be simple and uncomplicated, this is not the phone for you. So if you decide to buy the phone anyway, make sure you set it up asap just in case you need to return it to Amazon. UPDATE; Well, I guess the base unit losing power is an ongoing issue cuz it happened again. I suppose it's easy enough to resolve by disconnecting the base from the power cord per instructions, but for someone with arthritic fingers, even the disconnecting part can be challenging because the connection goes into a recessed area which is a tad hard for me to access. I have given up on the warranty because it's clear that Panasonic wants to make it as complicated as possible. When I'm in a better mood, I might try again.
