I've been using it for a while now. I started off with using only 0.5 ml and now I use 1 ml in my water. I will slowly work my way up to 2 ml. The dropper does have measurements on the side, but the chlorophyll is so dark that you can't see it. It gives my water a slightly minty, plant taste, but it actually tastes good and refreshing. I can say that I've experienced: • Increased energy • After exercising, having hot flashes, or doing anything strenuous, my sweat or body parts doesn't smell bad. It kind of smells slightly sweet. I haven't had any body odor anywhere at all. • Breath smells better • Increased vaginal wetness • Feel less hungry at times. • Helps you feel better when you're getting a cold. • My skin has been looking slightly better as well. • More frequent bowel movements

*The measurements are on the dropper; you can’t see them because the chlorophyll is so dark (picture included for viewing). I would be a good suggestion to enhance the viewing to maybe white writing as it took me finishing the product to notice it.
