Great when it works. Update.
I have this unit in my camper there are few things nicer than a nice hot coffee by a morning campfire. Just under 2 months after receiving it it stopped working. It just makes a god awful noise. After doing some research come to find the needle gets clogged. Kind of a pain in the ass having to do this after "maybe" 12 coffees. Otherwise this thing is great and fast.Unit has been incident free for the past 4 months. I love it and will be purchasing another at the start of camping season as my original is now in my home.

No more Keurig K-cup coffee makers for me!
This is the simplest K-cup coffee maker. Fast, hot coffee. No fancy cleaning method. Just vinegar and water.Update: Almost one year since date of purchase. I do the simple vinegar and water cleaning method every 4-6 months. The water tank is long lasting between fillups. The coffee is still coming out nice and hot. It makes a decent iced coffee using that button feature. To date zero issues with this coffee maker.

Size is perfect. Makes great coffee… when it works!
I thought it was great in the beginning. We have been enjoying this product for just over a month when it just quit working. It is making a horrible noise and not pulling water from the reservoir then the lights flash and it shuts off!!!Not happy! I do not recommend this product. We are very disappointed!!I feel it is only fair to report that after a second attempt at cleaning the puncture needle, everything’s working perfectly! We a happily enjoying our morning coffee again.I found that after you use the paper clip to clear the needle, you might need to turn the cap upside down and tap it gently on a paper towel on your counter and rinse again! In light of this .. i highly recommend this product and give it 5 stars!!

Pretty good
Hopefully, this is better than Keurig, which is designed to fail after a few months. I only see two problems with this machine. The Water container could develop a leak if it is removed from the machine each time it needs refilled. The rubber gasquet appears to be a point of wear. I like the versatility of this machine, but I do wish it had a button for strong coffee. I like to make a 12 oz cup of strong coffee, and the only way I can make strong coffee is to make a smaller cup. This machine does a good job overall, and if it lasts more than one year, I will never go back to Keurig.

Compact & Convenient
Super fast brewing and compact on the counter compared to my previous Keurig. Absolutely LOVE the iced coffee feature and the extra hot coffee oz features. The only downfall I've seen so far is a very small amount of (hot) coffee grounds getting in the cup but it might just be that coffee pod, as I haven't tried a different kind yet.

Worked while it lasted :/
I bought this coffee maker in July of 2024 and am writing this review in April of 2025. I was happy with it initially. Larger water tank lets us make a cup each for a couple of days before having to refill it. Compatible with reusable containers for the coffee grounds we’ve already had. However around Jan ‘25 one of the plastic prongs that keeps the lid shut broke off. But it still worked with one on it. Well today the other one broke off mid brew and there was a coffee explosion in my kitchen as the lid pops right open due to the steam and pressure of the water! Really disappointed that the structure of the maker to keep the lid closed was so poorly made that it didn’t even last a full year!

Convenient, fast and flexible!
We've been using ours for 6 months now and make 4-6 servings per day. Love that is makes so many sized servings. I use then16 oz; my husband used the 8 oz. We use ground coffee, not pods l, which allows us to make the strength we each prefer. We picked up some single cup sized coffee filters that help to provide clean coffee without sediment. I'm ordering a second for my office.
