great product smells lovely and highly sufficient. the conce treated product can fill the spray bottle plenty of times before needing to buy more and lasts a long time! works a delight was definitely needed during my pups potty training period. still use it to clean her crate.

It’s very easy to make up the formula, and mostly effective at getting pet urine smells out of the carpet. Doesn’t completely get rid of it but with a few repeated uses it’s almost completely gone

This is very good value for money especially as you add water to make it go further. I am not sure about the stain removal as my carpet has a pattern with dark patches, however with regards to the smell of cat urine it does get rid of it better than other products I have tried.

Daughter had an accident on the sofa and this was the only thing that truly worked. Saturated the area more than advised to and dried next to heater and worked a treat.

I bought this to tackle cat pee, not the easiest of challenges I admit. I was put off by the price and negative comments but decided to give it a try. Needs must when the devil vomits in your underpants, as Blackadder once quoted. The spray bottle was broken, which was an inconvenience, but the product was easy enough to mix and seemed to work on an area that wasn't too smelly. However, our cat had other ideas and unleashed a full bladder full the following day and this stuff failed miserably. We have ended up getting a professional carpet cleaner in to tackle the smell. So it may be worth trying but only on less serious problems. Incidentally, I also tried a number of DIY methods first, such as bicarb, but had no luck. HTH.

So far this is very good! I have a cat who when upset or nervous linked to pee on the bed or the couch. Getting the smell of urine out the couch has been a real challenge. This hasn’t 100% worked but it absolutely helps and it smells nice itself. I also ordered this because I am allergic to a couple of preservatives found in a lot of cleaning stuff and this was free of it!

I’m overall happy with this product, the scent is a subtle and a clean smell - which is great at masking the whiff of old pee patches. I would say it doesn’t last very long, but over time and consistency it has helped reduce any odours far more than other products I’ve tried. I have x2 small patches on our stairs which have been stained by cat urine so initially, I did the recommended clean for carpets, but it didnt deter my cat from peeing again. I now use this as a carpet freshener (just spray, not wipe off) which works nicely without all the nasty chemicals and is also pet safe. I really like how long it’s lasting in terms of topping up and and when you need it, so it does make this good value for money.

I've used this product before. As the owner of three cats, mishaps happen. This is the only product thats dealt effectively with the cats mishaps. I even gave some to my neighbour after she was dog sitting her daughters two dogs when a mishap happend. It was the only thing that worked. Both of us are impressed, that's why I needed to restock.
