I really enjoy these smoothies for a small boost of protein in my day when I'm on the go and don't have much time or both hands for eating. Good flavors. Easy to drink. I enjoy them best cold.

I rate this one a four because the raspberry is VERY tart. Otherwise, I have bought these a few times, and I like them when I'm in a hurry and don't have time for breakfast or a quick pick-me-up in the middle of the afternoon. I don't see where they really assist with weight loss or overall health. They do curb appetite for a couple of hours. The Vanilla Blueberry is very good. I would buy those again.

These don't have a good flavor at all and a terrible texture.

The flavor is fine, good actually. But the texture! I really have trouble not gagging. I have to just swallow it as fast as I can. I knead the pouch over and over and shake it and knead it some more. But it doesn't change the texture. It's just weird, like smooth and lumpy at the same time. I really wish it wasn't that way, because it's basically a good product, and very handy. But I just can't do it. I will finish what I have, it's too pricey to waste EDITED 6-28-23 TO ADD: I want to add to my review to reflect that someone from Designer Wellness emailed me and offered me a refund and apologized for my dislike. (They did NOT ask me to modify or take back my review-they just offered me a refund.) And I did receive a full refund. I wanted to add this because I think that speaks highly of the company.

Great to have for on the go and to help hit protein goals. Did not taste as bad as other protein shakes. Tasted best chilled. I also froze them and then enjoyed them semi- frozen.

These are so good. I got them for backpacking and hunting. Super easy and light backpacking snack. Great little boost of protein. And they don't have that nasty protein flavor other protein snacks have

the flavor on these are good and they dont bother my BS levels but the cost of these for the tiny size of them are just not worth it.

Omg so serious..... this AUHMAZING products fills me up perfectly! It has mct oil in it which helps me when I'm fasting and trying to speed up my metabolism and keeping my body running in the stage of ketosis (when your body naturally burns FAT rather than sugar, and turns it to new beautifully LEAN MUSCLE 💪!!!!!! Google it! It's your body naturally working ouput!!!!! It's FABULOUS for people who are disabled like myself) your basically working out while sleeping g, doing household chores, showering etc...💚🤗
