These are by far the best pecans I’ve ever tasted. I just submitted a review for some almonds and said pretty much the same thing. I don’t think this suggests that I’m not a discerning nut consumer. Rather, the takeaway is that we (not big nut eaters) have l gone through not one but two giant bags of nuts in a month because there’s apparently a BIG difference between grocery store nuts and what you can find here. These are salty, which you can see reflected in the sodium content. The sodium content is consistent with the taste. This is great for us. But these also taste super fresh and have an outer crunch that you don’t get in grocery store pecans. The bag seals well and the zip top lasted until the nuts were gone with us opening over and over again to grab a handful at a time. These would be fantastic for holiday applications like candied pecans or turtles if you can get those things made before you eat them all.

Please pecans are fantastic! Everybody is a delicious crispy nicely salted pecan. I highly recommend these wonderful nuts.

I had property in Texas for many years with several native pecan trees. The native pecans are very rich in flavor and nutrients. They are, however, smaller than grocery store thin shelled pecans and they have a hard shell. I found it time consuming to shell them. I am impressed this company has found a way to get them out of the shell. Also, I always soak my nuts in sea salt water to remove the "phytic acid" in them which is an "anti-nutrient" and was surprised to find these lightly salted, raw, pre-soaked pecans. They did all the work for me! The price is reasonable as well. I appreciate the dedication of this company to providing excellence.

A delightful surprise. I have been purchasing roasted pecans from another source for years until their price became unacceptable. So I gave Pecan Shop a try, not knowing what "Sprouted Raw" pecans were. Although the actual nuts are considerably smaller than what I was used to, the flavor and crunch far surpassed my expectations. Give this product a try...You will not be disappointed.

These pecans are effing out of this world! They taste like they were baked in butter! I'm so addicted to them, I'm going to start a Pecan Anonymous 12 Step group to help other addicts deal with this issue. I used to eat Artisana raw nut butter, but they don't sprout their nuts. Eating unsprouted nuts leaves an anti-nutrient, phytic acid, intact that actually interferes with mineral absorption. Pecan Shop pecans are raw, sprouted and have ZERO pesticides, so I switched. Don't let the price scare you. If you were to buy raw pecans and sprout them yourself, then dry them out with a dehydrator, you would end up saying, "Can't I just pay someone to do all this for me?" Please get some! My goal is to help this company stay in business so I will never have to go without their nuts! Please help me!

Great quality pecans. They taste amazing. Watch out for shell pieces though. I have had several bags contSin shell bits. Sharp and really a concern for tooth health. I am very careful now.
