lightweight and fast laptop.fewer issues>random crashes, touchpad not that sensitive, shutdown button just not working resetting might work but haven't tried. But still worth it because of weight, storage and price.

This seemed like a good computer, but the hinge has already broken. Now when I open the laptop, the bottom right corner of the screen gets caught and separates from the screen. I barely used the laptop for the first year that I owned it and now it’s out of warranty.

This i pad has worked perfectly from day 1 contrary to some other reports. I was very apprehensive about buying this after reading those report's. I took a chance and ordered it. It arrived in perfect and new condition. The screen is bright and clear. I thought it would have been a lot faster than it actually is. But with the price it was a great buy.

bought this laptop May 2023 & its now December 2024 & its already falling apart.bottom corner screen\lid or frame has broken so I can't close the laptop withoutit coming apart further. the keys don't all work - some have to be hit harder thanothers which is difficult when typing in passwords/user names. sometimes the laptopwill just start screaming really loud & will continue until I get to it & when I do thescreen is blue with a message "your computer is having a problem & needs to restart".sometimes there are big black boxes that flash up on the screen real fast, about 3 or 4times.Looking for a new laptop

I ordered this laptop due to the specs and several positive reviews, however, I am less than a week in and not that thrilled with it. It works but it seems really slow compared to my work Asus Lenovo. I figured that it having 20Gb and 1Tb among other things that it would be lightning fast. Unfortunately, that is not the case. It takes several 10s of seconds to open anything (giving me flashbacks of dial-up but I might just be slightly dramatic). Day one, nothing would load under a minute. It got better at remembering but Icons, attachments, and photos still take a while. And I know it's not my internet because I put my work computer side by side and try the same tasks just to verify. I'm going to give it another few days but I feel like I may return it and spend more on something that has a little bit more pep.

The workmanship is exquisite, and the computer is very light and thin, making it very convenient for both home and home use. Currently, the running speed is relatively fast, the screen effect is also very good, and the computer's heat dissipation is also decent. Overall, it is still good.

My daughter does virtual high school and it is fast. The only issue is that it has just cut off without warning in the middle of her work. She has lost some of her work and has had to completely redo

It took me a little while to get used to Windows 11 since I had used Windows 10 for a while but Windows 11 is much more dependable and reliable than Windows 10 was. Everything on my old computer was easy to download on my new computer. This computer is so much faster than the old one was. I am really impressed with it.This is an update - all of sudden I started getting blue screens where the computer shuts down and restarts because it encountered an error. The service center at Lenovo told me if I paid $60+ I would be able to get someone to come to my home under premium care to fix my laptop. All of sudden they won't send someone to my home but I have to send my computer to Texas to have this piece of garbage repaired. Not only that but I have to find a Fedex that will give me a paper receipt for shipping it which is not available in the town that I live in so I have to drive 45 miles one way to get this done!!!! I will never buy a Lenovo laptop again!!!!!!!
