I got this for my fiancé to wear as she worked at her desk. After long hours of sitting for work, her back would get sore due to lack of mobility and poor sitting posture. This back brace has helped her posture which has relieved undue stress on her spine. It has helped to remind her of proper posture when not wearing it. It is easy to adjust the tension and is comfortable to wear while upright or sitting. It has great lumbar support and isn't too hot while wearing.

I'm 86 and a golfer. For several years now, and very much lately, my back has been hurting so much during my rounds of golf that I thought my playing days might be over. The last couple of rounds were particularly bad. So I ordered this Freetoo back support in the wild hope it might make a difference. It certainly did. The first round with it was totally pain free, for the first time in a long while. The second round today was also pain free until my back started hurting just a little bit for the last few holes. Still a dramatic improvement over past rounds. So a golfing friend just ordered his today.

Sin la faja se lesión complicaba poder hacer estas simples tareas pero con esta faja se siente mucho más seguro y cuida su postura. La calidad de este producto me hace recomendarlo. this back brace is really great! i use it for work everyday, i'm constantly bending over and lifting people (i'm a caregiver) and it gives just the right amount of support!i'm only giving it four stars because i've noticed that after repeated use, the velcro for the main belt doesn't stick as well as it used to. there have been times where i have it closed, but when i reach for the smaller belts to tighten it, the entire belt pops open. i'm hoping i don't have to replace this any time soon since it's still fairly new, but overall it's really good!

Let me start by saying I have lower back issues. Three fusion surgeries so far. This brace is better than the two my Dr gave me. And I swore they were the best ever when I got them.This is the second brace I bought that I did not return. Most are too big or don’t work. The other one I kept is because I can wear it under clothes. That’s the only reason.I put this on and my first instincts were no support but there is a lot of support. The reason I thought there was no support is because of how comfortable this one is.Wearing it now and all I can say is thank you for finally making one small enough to fit me. It has the best feel and support let alone pain relief of any brace I ever wore

According to the size guide I ordered a Medium. When I got it I thought it might be too small, but it was a perfect fit. I wear it on a daily basis and it helps with my sciatica back pain. I wore it thru a 3 hour movie recently and it definitely helped my back.

I am giving three stars as it is not comfortable to use. Very heavy. May be it is good for someone who needs a strong immobilization of the lumbar spine, but for me wasnt the best to use at work. My movements are so limited that had to remove in order to be able to continue to work. Still have it in case I am absolutely desperate.

I’m giving 5 stars because for a back brace….it is comfortable and very supportive. Keeps lumbar properly aligned and reduces sciatica pain. Mine came with a Velcro extension for a person with a bigger belly.
