You cannot use this for a whole nights sleep if you are a side sleeper. Good for a short rest and gives sufficient support to the neck.

The pillow looks like one of those expensive cervical neck pillows but after 2 week of using it, I can be sure that it just isn’t the same. It’s extremely uncomfortable to sleep on and gave me a stiff neck. After 2 weeks I decided to order a tempur, as I spent last 2 nights twisting and turning trying to get a comfortable position.

This pillow changed my life. For the last year and a half I struggled with neck pain. Doctor visits and therapy and still struggled with neck issues. My last resort was changing my pillow or possibly surgery. I could actually cry writing this. The PILLOW was a miracle for me. I am pain free and I am an advocate for Donna Cervical Neck Pillow. If your sales went up it is because of me! I have told and posted on my social media the difference it has made for me. Pain free and telling all my friends. I can’t say it is the best pillow out there but it is the best cervical pillow I have tried. In fact, it is the second one I’ve purchased and have recommended it to friends and family with great success. It may take a few nights to get use to but the neck support is fantastic for back and side sleepers. I tend to start on my back and move to sides throughout the night. The transition is seamless with this pillow. I also appreciate the arm slots as I like to put my arms above my head when falling asleep. The ergonomics perfectly cradle both neck, head and arms in both positions. Each individual is different so I can’t claim you will get better sleep or not. For me personally, I sleep more through the night without waking up and adjusting then with a traditional pillow. I also have not experienced any new neck pain from sleeping with the pillow but rather less instances then before switching. A few other minor details I really enjoy is that the pillow perfectly fit a queen size pillowcase and unlike some other pillows, the top of the pillow is grey and not white. I’ve had white pillow tops and if you run hot or sweat, it will stain easily. That is not the case here. Speaking off temperature, the pillow does stay cool for the most part though I don’t believe there is any active cooling feature. The pillow comes packaged in an airtight bag so you will need to let it sit out for a few hours prior to use so the memory foam can expand to its full size. Don't be alarmed, it will expand and then it will keep its shape excellently. 2-3 hours is all it took. Overall, for the price this is a fantastic cervical pillow and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to make a change to their sleeping habits.
