Looks Good and took less than five minutes
Great replacement for a sun cracked shift knob. The supplied tools were a little too flimsy, but was able to remove the original with an exacto knife carefully placed under the cover. Looks great and took less than five minutes! I recommend!

Work as intended
Easy to install and fits perfectly on my 2014 BMW 4 series shifter. The adhesive is good, just make sure to clean off the old adhesive first. Only issue is the tools that come with the package are brittle. A flattip screwdriver will do.

It was fairly easy to install, replacing the original part that was cracked from the exposure to the sun and heat. Looks great. No one can tell it is not the original one. Has a smooth feel, very clear to see the illuminated gear selection. When replacing yours, be prepared to have something else to use as a picking tool. The plastic ones that come with the set can break easily (heppened to me).

Worked a treat in the Mrs. 528i. It is a bit tricky to remove the old one, but this is an identical replacement.

You get what you pay for
Pro: Product fits, looks almost as original. Con: the plastic provided tools were useless. Too flimsy to remove oem cover. The adhesive provided on the replacement cover does hold but no where near as strong as the original. Expect some minor wiggle with the replacement cover. Misc: can be a pro or con depending person to person, the font is bigger on the replacement cover. Looks a little more blocky vs thin as the oem. Seems like the light bleeds a little on the right side of the shifter. But barely noticeable You get what you pay for. Not bad, easy to replace with the right tools. I used a small pointer pick toool and it did the job.

Excellent product, looks beautiful just like original I’m uploading before and after pictures Plastic tools that come with the product are useless I removed the old one carefully from the side with a butter knife
