I love adding this cream to everything! It’s got a great taste and texture. It came perfectly packaged in dry ice and was still frozen solid.

Arrived in frozen condition. Used this product years ago when I was a professional baker. Great for cream puffs, whipped cream cakes and pie topping. So happy to get this. All of Rich's products are very good quality. Get yourself a large pastry bag and a large star tip and all of your things can look great.

Me encantó este producto, tiene muy buena calidad y rendimiento, se puede decorar con facilidad y las decoraciones quedan bien marcadas, pero hay una sugerencia, en mi opinión deberían vender en cajas de 2, 3 o 4 unidades para que todos puedan comprar, porque en cajas de 12 solo las compran personas que se dedican a elaborar postres para negocios

Great to use outer layer of cake.. it came as frozen and the packing as well as seller communication is so great.

The delivery came super fast and it was very well packed with dry ice. I gave it 2 stars because the delivery was great, but the actual product is not good. However, the product itself is not very good. When whipping it, it never whips to the point where it’s hard enough. It’s always a little runny, so trying to pipe it is never successful. I was disappointed especially because you buy a big bulk of 12 liters. I’m experienced using vegetal chantilly and this one is too liquidy and never gets to the right consistency. I would not recommend.
