You dont need to use a lot for a deep colour pigmentation. I used them with royal icing and my cookies came out wonderful!

I m totally loving it as u can see in pictures they are so beautiful colours and are highly concentrated dat u need only one or two drops not more than that.... and one thing I would love to share that they are very easy to mix colours to get new colours...the purple colour I got by mixing two colours and the result is fab☺️❣️

This is my first time using gel food color. Before I only used the liquid food color by the same company but I needed the intense red and black color therefore I bought this set. As you can see from the pic of the cake I made using these colors, the red and black are truly intense, deepest colors. I also used the yellow and red gel to color white fondant. It came out perfectly Tip 1: use small amount of food color and build up the color little by little. Too much gel can leave a bitter after taste. Tip 2 : if you want to get bright vivid red color like mine, start by mixing a few drops of pink in your cream, then add the red gel. Same goes for black. Start with a brown food color or some cocoa powder and then add black gel. Tip 3 : if you still end up having grey/ bluish / muddy color using the black gel, or lighter red using red color don't get upset. Leave the cream in the refrigerator for 10 -15 mins, it develops the color a lot better. Hope that was helpful.

Doesn’t have any flavour which is great. If u add even 1-2 drops of it , it gives a decent colour to whatever u r adding it to. Packaging was nice. At first it looked like d bottles were really small but were decent. Overall they’re great!
