I bought this for my 95 year old Mom 7 months ago because it it so simple and easy to use. She couldn’t master it, however so it just sat at her assisted living home. I brought it home two weeks ago and started using it. Loved it for almost two weeks. Now it’s broke and past the return date.Update 5/23/24Aiosa contacted me via a joint email with Amazon, apologized for my inconvenience and offered to replace the coffeemaker. All they needed was my physical address so they would know where to send it. In that same email Amazon warned me not to give Aiosa my address. I endured several different chat conversations with Amazon’s frustrating chat service and four unsatisfactory phone conversations with Amazon attempting to resolve the conundrum.I finally gave out my address anyway, I received the replacement yesterday and it works great. Thanks, Aiosa for making good on the purchase even after Amazon refused to help.

Being the only coffee drinker in the house, this is the perfect size for just me. Also, when I am working on the road, portable enough to take with me and use it in the car or at the hotels.

I think this is an exceptional little coffee pot for the money! Does not take up a lot of space, can make several sizes all the way up to large travel mug - included. It does both the little pods and has a basket for your regular brew. Brews quickly and perfect temp. Only 4 stars because of the huge bright sticker on back of product telling me not to return to seller that was extremely difficult to remove. Place notice in the box not on product and it had a plastic covering the sticker - they meant for it to not be easy to remove - very unnecessary and I almost scratched up my brand new coffee pot removing it!

Great coffee pot for the price. Coffee brews as soon as you turn pot on and comes out steaming hot. Perfect size for small areas. If you read reviews, you would never buy it. I gave up on reviews. Instruction book needs improvement.

This coffee maker and the mug are made of very, very cheap plastic. I followed all of the directions - cleaned it, made a test cup, and was severely disappointed. It spit coffee and water all over the place. Though set at 12oz, it spit out about 1/4 of a cup.... full of grounds. The standard k cups do not fit. I retried the process figuring that I had done something wrong. I got the same results.

I like that I can use my own ground coffee. It has a generously sized mesh filter basket for ground coffee and I can make my coffee as weak or strong as I like. Basket cleans easily. Coffee maker comes with a metal coffee 'mug' that has a lid and it holds at least 16 oz. as well as a measure spoon (about 1 tablespoon). Of course, the k cups can also be used, although I haven't tried any yet. Makes coffee quickly. Has a toggle start button, but turns itself off after brewing is complete. Love that feature!

As a truck driver I received on 1 of my deliveries a damaged box of K-cup coffee boxes that was perfectly fine inside.Bought this coffee processor for my wife, for her to use these free coffee K-cups and it's been truly splendid!Easy, effortless, and promptly,She receives her cup of coffee, which includes a travel mug!An excellent purchase indeed!

Whether you want to use k-cups, coffee grounds, loose tea, or just hot water, this little beverage maker can handle the task. However, the travel cup is junk. It might as well just be left out of the package because I doubt you will want to use it.The height is low enough than none of the other half dozen travel cups I already own fit under it. An extra inch would make a big difference. For this reason alone, I was going to send it back for a refund, but I lost track of time and missed the window.If you are making coffee to drink from cups/mugs at home, you should like this product. If you are a fan of coffee to go in insulated travel cups, you should probably pass.
