I broke my arm and had swelling. I was taking tart cherry concentrate with brix 68. It made a huge difference in my pain level. I purchased these capsules for traveling. I take one in the am and one in the pm or just one daily. It makes a big difference in my pain level especially when I take it in the am and pm. When I miss it or dont take it for a few days, my arm gets tender because it is still healing. The tart cherry worked better for me than ibprofin. I am able to perform better in PT if I use it because it drastically reduces the tendonitis pain associated with the injury. It can reduce blood pressure. Ask your doc before starting. If the dose is too high, it can cause runny poo. Eat food with it to prevent upset or soar stomach.

I am happy with the product because it listed with fewer other ingredients than the previous brands that I tried, which is what I preferred, and it seems to be helping with my sleep.

Just started using so, so I can't say too much. My knee was swelling up like a basketball I've only been taking the tart cherry capsules for only a week my swelling in my knee has went down i think it's a coincidence the label reads 4-6 or 6-8 weeks too be in your system im going to give it try for three months and hope work's.

It works. I have taken many different supplements in my life and rarely do i notice anything physically, I can only assume they are doing something. With the Tart Cherry I do notice effects. I take the cherry at bedtime with magnesium and fall asleep quite easily. Where I really noticed the effects was with exercise or "weekend warrior" activities. I take tart cherry before or just after strenuous, muscle fatiguing activity, and again in the am and pm of the next day. There is an element in the cherry that helps the muscles recover and I do not get as the post exercise muscle pain as severe- the pain that seems to be worse 2 days after the activity. They are small and easy to swallow. Good price point.

I suffered my first experience with gout and this product seems to have helped.

I did not experience any issue with the ordering or the product itself. I felt that I was getting more value and quality of product than what I paid for it. No problem taking them either.
