Great holder, does the job intended. Lechuza in general are great products, can't fault them.

I've read several people struggled to fit on a wall under a window due to the overhang of the cill and not being able to slide the main body of the bracket onto the backplate. I bought 3 sets of these bracket with a 800 box and 2 x 500 boxes (total 1.8).I wanted these all butted up to each other under a window and I realised the complications of getting the holes to be exactly where they should be and to align them all due to undulations in the wall. The drill holes would have to be precise to allow the the top section to marry with the bottom. I bought a length of 20 mm galvanised steel trunking and and close fit saddle clips (4 did the job strategically placed) cut to 1.75m and fit this to the wall under the cill. Then thread the straps over and back into the brackets and voila, they fit as balconera. This then allows the brackets to be slid over the back plate and with the assistance of the under adjusters they are all brought into line. Yes, they are expensive, but they do the job well, designed to fit the boxes and should give years of pleasure. Hope this helps to overcome your overhang on the window cill.

Expensive but very sturdy and excellent quality so probably worth it.

Perfect brackets for the Lechuza window boxes, my husband was very impressed with the sturdiness of them, easy to install just couple holes in the wall and now I have the perfect window boxes

They do exactly as described. very neat piece of kit. Easy to install on the wall.

I bought the brackets after I had bought the window boxes, I had assumed the window boxes included brackets, however the brackets included were only to attach the boxes to a balcony. However the brackets themselves are very sturdy we’re easy to attach to the wall and the window boxes actually slide onto them. Very expensive brackets but the end result is lovely.

These are designed for use on a balcony rail. By removing a lot of bits it can fit on a wall but not below a windowsill. The bracket has to slide straight down onto to wall fixing so anything that stands out from the wall above the fixing stops this from happening. The instructions are only about fixing it to a balcony rail.

We have 8 of the Lechuza planters hanging on our wrought iron fence. We had 7 and I ordered one more to even things out. It did not come with the brackets. We really needed black, but only white was available. The brackets aren’t really noticeable, so it wasn’t an issue. Love these planters. I’ve even spray painted them before to refresh the sun and water wear on them.

Great design/install. Sturdy and prop the 80cm boxes up well. I wish the brackets came in the same shade of white as the white stone balconnerra box, though. It’s a noticeable difference.
