I bought the printer on July 2023. am writing this review after 16 months of use. Dont need to install any app for this printer, print quality depends on paper, when i feel low print quality the customer care executive support me to change the setting, my self i change that. Before 1 year the battery got damaged. The company replace that battery in warranty. Battery backup depends on usage, we got more than 4 days. After an year the rubber roll on printer head also got damaged, that one also replace with out any cost, Great customer support and good portable printer, value of money.

I ordered the Posiflow Shreyans 80B Thermal Receipt Printer, and the product I received was extremely disappointing. The printer delivered to me was clearly used. It was dirty, scratched, and looked nothing like a new product. The biggest issue is that the printer doesn’t power on at all. I tried multiple sockets, changed cables, but there is absolutely no response. The overall condition of the printer is terrible. It feels like a returned or damaged unit was sent to me. Even the packaging was unprofessional and not up to Amazon's standards. In short, this product is completely useless. This is not what a customer expects after paying full price. I request Amazon to look into this seller and ensure customers don’t receive such faulty and used products. I do NOT recommend this product at all. Total waste of money!

I loved the thermal printer, it's so easy to connect and print with. I paired it with my phone within 10 seconds. Speed of printing is amazing, just a click from mybillbook app and it prints within a few seconds. Just go for this printer if you're looking for a portable handy printer giving good quality prints. Also this has type C charging with which i was actually impressed. Customer support is also very good. Highly recommend this portable thermal printer from Shreyans

कोई मत खरीदो बहुत खराब है मैंने लिया हैअब वापस नहीं ले रहा है एक दिन भी नहीं हुआ है और कोई कस्टमर सपोर्ट नहीं है ना मोबाइल नंबर है ना ईमेल आईडी है ना इनका कोई खुद का स्टोर है और स्टोर है भी तो वहां इनका कोई हेल्पलाइन नंबर अगर कुछ भी नहीं है
