Great Product
I am very pleased with this item I wanted to be able to play my very old DVD Player through my new smart tv and this gadget did just that ,it was literally plug and play and the tv found the dvd and I was able to watch my DVD and the picture and the sound was very good...

When you have a old scart product and only hdmi ports on your tv this is the product for you. Works brilliant great picture.

Connecting
To tell truth not sure it works .tried on two different televisions. No joy had to order a different connector. But have a friend who is a buff at these sort of things, he is calling Saturday

Clever devise - links scart recorder to HDMI TV
CARE NEEDED TO CONNECT FROM / TO UNITS. THERE WAS A SLIGHT DEGRADE IN COLOUR BUT AN ADJUSMENT TO THE TV COLOUR SETTING SORTED THE PROBLEM.

Shoddily made rubish
I've used this precisely twice. On the first time it cut out after 30 minutes. The second time the usb socket snapped off the circuit board. Really, really poor manufacture. DO NOT BUY IT
