I bought this for my son, who seems to have trouble with his car battery quite frequently. Both his cars had dead batteries, so I bought this, took it to him and within 5 minutes had both cars running. It also works as a flashlight and a portable charger, so perfect emergency device. Would be a great gift for anyone just starting out driving, or anyone who just wants a little extra piece of mind when travelling to help them out in some emergency situations. Ever seen someone needing a jump but you don't have cables, or they don't really have room to park another vehicle to jump from? You can save the day! Great price- I'm getting one for myself just because it's a good idea to have on hand.

Very good! Charged our dead battery and only used 4 % of its power. It did take a few minutes, but the battery was pretty dead.

Works great. Could recharge a little faster and hopefully will hold charge when not used.

This device has saved me so many headaches. I been having problems with my battery going dead on me. I used it in 20 f weather and my car started up with no problems. It’s nice and smaller so it doesn’t take up much storage room in my trunk. I used it on a 4 cylinder engine.

Units themselves have been untested to this point so can't say how they will work other than they have held a 100% charge since November 22nd and December 16th up til now, January 14th. When I ordered 1st one the case had an inner divider door in between the 2 sections with a velcro latch to hold it closed over the jump box. The 2nd one came with a case without a divider door, instead it just had an elastic strap across the one side to hold the jump box in. I was very disappointed with the quality of the strap compared to the inner door section of the 1st one. I notified the company and asked if they could send me a new case with an inner door and said they would but would appreciate a 5 star review. When I received the replacement case, it was totally different yet from either of the 1st two I received. It was physically a little larger in size and the inner door was sewn in place and would not swing back and forth, plus no velcro latch, which wasn't needed because the door would not swing back and forth. I'm not downgrading the jump box because I haven't used them yet and the cases are OK but I feel the quality of the 1st case was superior to the other 2 and for them to possibly change vendors for the cases 3 times in 2 months was a little extreme to me. Hopefully the jump boxes will perform fine when the time comes for me to need them in an emergency. Time will tell.

I used this jump starter this morning and it worked immediately. As soon as I connected it, my car started right up with no issues. What I really liked is that it still had a lot of battery left after the jump. It was around 78–79% remaining, which surprised me in a good way. It also charges pretty fast, so you don’t have to wait long to get it back to full power. So far, it’s been reliable, easy to use, and definitely gives peace of mind to keep in the car.
