The off hand trainer is made of solid material but it was missing the Velcro thumb strap to be able to use it properly. The shooting aid has holes in it for your fingers to go through, but these holes are too small for adult hands and too big for children hands. Probably would fit a teenager.

Great for Basketball Training on dribbling without looking down at the ball and the proper form when shooting
