Tastes exactly like real whole milk but getting the ratio of water to product is tricky. People who say this tastes bad are not using enough powder. Add too little powder and the milk tastes watered down and awful. I discovered you need to add a lot more powder than you think in order for it to taste perfect like real store bought whole milk but the powder comes in handy when you run out of milk and don't want to drive out to get more. Also great in recipes or to add to mashed potatoes. I keep the powder in the fridge to stay fresher.

I only use milk for baking, or an ocassional bowl of cereal, and in my coffee. I was constantly throwing spoiled milk away. This stuff has been a game changer. No more waste! And my granddaughter had a glass and didn't know it was powdered. I've baked with it, and used it to rehydrate powdered cream cheese - very versatile. Mixes up well, but of course I give it a good shake or stir before using it in liquid form. I remember the powdered milk of yore, and this ain't it!

I use this amount to make a dried chicken soup mix that is delicious and your milk was in there. Now I’m very particular about milk so I made a glass of it to give it a try and I absolutely loved it. The taste was so good. I don’t drink a lot of milk anymore because I’m not supposed to, but I do like it every once in a while and it is perfect for me so that I can make a glass when I really want it. I have already gone and bought a second container to put in my fifth wheel so I have it there when I’m traveling. I am so very pleased with it and the price. I was perfectly happy with the price. This is not like a non-fat powdered milk you might get at the grocery store. I could drink this anytime. It's not as perfect as fresh whole milk, but it is much better than I thought it could be. If I were to find a fault at all it is that it needs a bit of time to dissolve in cold water. Best to mix it in a jar and shake it up then let it sit for a bit. I'm going to store a jar of this at all times.

Taste and texture is delicious! I am actually using this product to make milk go drink like milk. It tastes very good to me. The rich texture is also good. The deep milk white color looks good. I just made a glass of this powdered milk and stirred in some Ovaltine, and it was truly delicious. . I wanted a shelf stable milk. This product takes very little space in the cupboard. I don’t drink a lot of milk, so having this product to make 1 cup at a time is great, and I don’t have to waste a container of milk. I also want to save money, so this fits right in. Because I am not throwing out unused milk, I am saving a ton of money. . I love this product!

A very good thing to have on hand in case I run out of milk. . When I spoon it into my coffee, it mixes well the hotter the coffee is.
