I've had no blood tests or lab results to show that this is effective, but I've completed the bottle. No side effects, no funny taste, no issues at all with it, so theres that. I got it to help maximize absorption of Vitamin D, I'm feeling okay, but can't say for sure its made an impact.

This is a high-quality product that I got at a very good price. I'm very satisfied.

I ordered this for my wife after some research. She did not need the vitamin D because she takes her required amount separately. Using this supplement with exercise and a proper diet she hopes to improve or stabilize her bone density. She will have a bone density follow-up scan in 2024 so I will update this when we get the results. We hope it will be a positive contributing factor. The cost is a good price point.

Shopped around and found this to be the best deal!

I purchased this for $8.59 and I know as soon as they have enough reviews they'll raise the price but come on! These businesses are being ludicrous. Less than $9 to almost $25. I liked it because the mk7 is sourced from natto. However there are a few other companies whose MK7 is also sourced from natto for about $10 less than Piping rocks new price and at least 1 has double the amount of pills. So, I unfortunately will not be purchasing this brand again. We have bills to pay and the budget doesn't change.

I have no way to test the effectiveness of this product. But I am a senior and I believe this vitamin product would be good to my overall health.
