This seasoning is BY FAR the most superior creole seasoning on the market! It goes on everything . Perfect amount of spice and not salty like other popular blends. I could go on and on about how delicious this seasoning is.. from using it in gumbo, sauce piquant, sautéed vegetables, popcorn, salads, cucumbers, boiled egg whites... this seasoning goes on EVERYTHING . Put it like this ... I travel from the northeast/ New England and this seasoning is the number one thing to bring back with me from Louisiana
