Will this cut 5"-6" high density foam?

I believe it would. I've used it for about 6 months on 3-4" styrofoam cold containers and a little bit on hard plastic and it worked wonderfully.

Great bit of kit.

Great bit of kit. As was using it to cut through 100mm EPS and 75mm. Worked well. Only one small thing is it’s really need more heat when cutting though thick stuff. Have to take it out and allow it to get hotter again. So take 2/3 goes on a full 8ft sheet
