The only way is up (or down if you prefer)
Wasn’t expecting much for the price, but what a great little kit. The pull ratio is perfect for helping me to move heavy items in and out of my loft, without having to do the ladder balance/struggle dance. Easily lifts 25kg loads, without any strain. The rope is not the best, twists easily, but you have more than enough length to even allow you to use from lower floor level. Top tips: 1. Don’t try to use without a load attached e.g. if storing, as rope will not have enough tension when passing through pulleys and will get in a bit of a mess - trust me, I know. 2. Oh and don’t forget to tie knot in end of rope to prevent it accidentally getting unthreaded when pulley system is fully extended. Straps that come with the kit are great. Will be buying more to allow me to lift/lower more awkward items and be more efficient. I permanently have pulley system mounted in loft and use the bag that came with it to store coiled up rope and strap(s) when not in use. Apart from minor rope twist issue, only other minor downside is that the pulley clips don’t swivel. Wound be great if they could have provided pulley system with one swivel clip, to allow you freedom to rotate to suit your needs.

Surprisingly small but a brilliant bit of kit for moving heavy items around at work. very good value for money.

Strong as an ox
This was absolutely awesome. I bought a car that I needed to winch onto a trailer that had no winch. Even with one hand this was more than strong enough to pull the car onto the trailer. What an absolutely brilliant piece of kit.

Very sturdy piece of kit, ensure the fixed end is secure, don't just rely on the knot.
For the price, great value for money, definitely increases work advantage. I have used the kit to ensuring the angle of fall for tree pruning.
