As of yet the TK913 appears to be working correctly and doing what i require it for.Initially i had issues getti it online. But after restoring the device to factory settings it was online immediately.The magnet is good despite reviews stating that it's not the best. I think it's a good little device and to get the service with it for free is excellent. I found most trackers offer a subscription to use them.The battery life is pretty good. It's been on for a week now and just above 50%. It's not too big either so will fit in most small spaces.The app is very easy to use and so is the online website.I'm very happy with this device and would recommend to anyone wanting an affordable tracker without subscription!

Everything works perfectly just the battery power doesn't last for that long so it needs to be charged every 3 to 4 days. Other than that, great app and features. Easy to install and use.

Has anyone in England had problems using a Lebara SIM ? I can't get it to work. Can anyone recommend a SIM company that works in England?

Purchased this for autistic child, for extra layer of safety and peace of mind ; this device gives precise location. This device uses GPS if in open but out of GPRS coverage. No problem if device is indoor in which case this will use GPRS. Initially the battery charge lasted for 5 days but reduced to 36 hrs when I registered on App. Ada from customer service, advised to change the GPRS setting from App - it was automatically set on “every 10min; I changed it to “once in 24 hrs” and battery now last for 5 days with random location via sms. Customer service is quick and top notch, they explain things in a way which a layman like me can easily understand. Perfect device for personal use with no subscription fees. You only need to buy a sim card and i think just 5£ balance would last for 2-3 years.

Make sure your sim card voicemail is off or else you'll have problems. Plug your sim card into a phone and go from there. Make sure you have credit and signal and everything will be fine

This is a good little device and does the job. The software is very good and I like how accurate it is. I got mine to put in the car as I have an old banger but would hate for it to be stolen!

This little gadget is so useful. Easily hides in car to track and find location of the vehicle. also use to give to my little son when he goes out. He can put it in his pocket and I can trace where he is going.
