I received one of these backpacks as a gift and was surprised how fragile the wireless charging cable is - rendering the charger unusable; and making it nearly impossible for a local shop to repair it. Reaching out to the company about its warranty was a headache - its phone number online is not working and many BBB reports reveal how challenging customer support is - and ultimately didn't resolve it. Not very sturdy for the price.

This backpack is really wellThought, it has all what you look for in travel backpack! I thought it was a little too bulky at first but then I see how we need the space in order to fit in everything you need handy..The qualify is remarquable , very strong and waterproof, it’s amazing how much I can for in! I am not so crazy about the front pocket hooks, it’s not very steady , it unhook pretty easy, but it’s just a detail I noticed ..Otherwise I am looking forward for more travel with my new Smart backpack!And the costumer service are so helpful and ready to satisfy you and make you please with your purchase!And the communication is fast and really efficient..Go buy it that is all I can say! You won’t regret it . I don’t regret my purchase bc I owned so many backpacks and this one is by far my favorite so unique and smart …

Do you like being told BS after you pay hundreds for a product under warranty? Well, welcome to Skyborne! They tell you they switched suppliers and can only offer you a discount on a new bag... only to be schystered again? Please tread lightly. My bag had a three year warranty and is falling apart after 2+ years and they won't fix it. Enough said.
