Autistic with difficulty sleeping. Rub on temples
This has a lovely smell, if smells can be called calming this would be it. Not sure if it's helping her get to sleep but not convinced she's using it. 🤔 Might pinch it myself instead

A gift
I thought this as a gift for my mum and she struggles to sleep and she finds it really calming, although it doesn't necessarily help her sleep she still loves to use it and it calms her down.

Would have sent it back had I not used it, It is Gritty & smells like rotted compost.

Smells lovely but I didn’t notice any difference as a sleep aid.
The balm smells like lavender as expected and has a lovely soft consistency. However I noticed no difference when used as a sleep aid. I was obviously not expecting miracles from a sleep balm, but my honest opinion is that it made no noticeable improvement regarding my sleep.

It's such a relaxing smell. I put on temples and wrists. Rubbed extra into hands. So far so good. Had a good sleep.
