After pairing with HomeKit it keeps disconnecting after a few hours

Terrible product. The setup may seem breeze but it stops working soon after. It becomes unresponsive and there is hardly any indication to issues. The light just keeps flashing. I had a cheaper model from different “Make”, which worked excellent. It was waste of money and time on these.

The product is really great and more useful.

No complaints about the four way itself. Works perfectly as a HomeKit accessory, and having USB C means that few power bricks are required. The cable is fairly short. About 1.7m long. They are only just long enough for my purpose, where I put them on a mid-height shelf in a cable tidy box. I'd suggest 2.5m would be a good length. Also, the cable is very tightly coiled in the packaging.

very few in market offer smart feature having 4 UK outlets and 3 USBs. the app install and use is also easy to setup. one comment on app though is if possible the manufacturer can have a feature that can set countdown timer to turn on or off of the plug individually.
