Works well. Looks nice. Functions as described. Good solution to hide my ugly hose.

The hose box is very small and does it hold the advertised length of hose. It can’t store 30’ of 5/8” hose let alone the advertised 100’. When a refund was requested (twice) no response from the seller was provided.

Nice little compact box. Keeps hose nice & tidy but a bit overpriced!

DO NOT BUY. Horrible product and even worse customer service. I purchased two of these based on “Amazon’s Choice”. I opened one box. The product is very poorly and cheaply made, plastic snapping together. I cut the zip tie that holds the connector hose and connected the connector to the storage box. The product is too lite and cheaply made to hold a hose once I tried to put about 5 feet of hose in it. I disconnected my hose from the reel and re-packaged the same way, in the same box. I requested a return and refund. I received a response today that I’m only receiving a partial refund of both. They state the products show signs of use and the plastic separated. I explained that is how it arrived (separated) which is why I’m returning it and also explained the steps I took to try and see if it would hold a hose and didn’t get 5 feet in it. And, that it was never connected to anything other than the connector which I shared I cut the zip tie to try to connect it. The SECOND of the boxes was never opened, yet they state the second product also has the plastic separated. If anything this confirms the poor quality and cheaply made items once I never opened it. Despite multiple explanations of this, they are only issuing 1/2 refund of both. I’ve always had great luck with sellers on Amazon but this one is unreasonable and doesn’t acknowledge poor quality of their product and has terrible customer service. I’d normally overlook these things but not for this company.
