These are not too thin. They are large enough for the baskets I use. I also use them in the microwave and they aren't super thin so they don't fall apart when they are on top of the food when heating. I will buy them again, but I wish that I had gotten some in a box where they fold out like some other makers do because these are hard to store in the cabinets or drawers because they are so large and don't come in a box. Again, love the size and quality of the paper and color, but I have to keep them on a table instead of a drawer.

These are great to keep handy when grilling. I have metal trays that I use when taking stuff off the grill as it is finished cooking. I put these down and clean up is minimal. They keep grease and oil off the tray and look good in the process. Will be purchasing these again in the future. I also have some plastic serving baskets that I line with these when using them. They just add that fun flair that makes me look like a master cook. Again, making for minimal clean up.

Four stars because, well, they’re just squares of paper and nothing remarkable. But for unremarkable squares of paper, they do have a surprising range of utility in the kitchen. Good for wrapping small perishable items (while not airtight, hard and medium hard cheeses wrapped in this paper will stay protected for several days. Softer cheeses should be double wrapped, because the paper tends to wick/bleed some of the cheese’s moisture…), convenient for putting down as a quick mess barrier on a surface you’d rather not have to clean (e.g, cutting boards…). Durable enough that you can put a pork cutlet or chicken breast between two sheets and pound it flat (n.b, works better with denser meats - chicken sometimes sticks to the paper…). Also, a pleasing thickness - weird thing to notice, but whatever - it folds and creases nicely without feeling flimsy, but is pliable enough that you can wrap a sandwich with it and not feel like you’re bending sheet metal.

GAME CHANGER! Paper plates have gotten too expensive and we’ve always hated the waste, so we switched to these and use them with the deli baskets available here on Amazon. They work perfect for most meals and clean up is quick and easy with far less waste. They work great as well for when you need to wrap a sandwich and have run out of sandwich bags.

I wrap breakfast burritos 24 at a time and freeze them. These are what you want. Doesn't stick to the food.
