Manual provided with machine, and You Tube has complete film assembly and included are exercise teachers showing the various exercises with performance of exercises. The actual product DOES NOT come with a video instruction. You Tube has the entire workout AND BEST OF ALL, HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE EQUIPMENT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TUBE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY MANUFACTURER FOR ASSEMBLY. Anway, A+ for machine as a home product for workouts, i am very pleased that i purchased this. Actually a remarkable, small piece of equipment, but powerful for strengthening legs, improving circulation and strength. It is an entire body workout. You Tube not only shows in detail how to assemble the equipment (very easy to do), but on the same site and video, all exercises. This is definitely a remarkable machine. Does so many things. Wonderful. Just go to You Tube punch in name of item, and not only easy assembly instructions, with detail, but a truly easy assembly. Best of all, machine remarkable. I use it every day, and for lower body, legs, circulation, etc., but this machine is a complete body workout, depdning on how one positions oneself on the machine. Just fabulous. We plan to give as gifts for speciual friends, as gifts arise. I was surprised at h ow outstanding this is. Thank You, Amazon, for making this available.

After a lot of research and review digging, I purchased this Wonder Core machine to aide in my workout plan. I am disabled, but still take fitness very seriously - being 32 years old and hoping to have many more years to go. I suffer from disabilities in my neck, shoulder, ribs, lower back, and leg. I am able to use this machine daily, and due to its support, I have been able to achieve many more fitness goals than I imagined. It is designed to last, the stitching and mat are solid. It does not wobble, squeak, or slide around. The foam pieces are sturdy and do not move around during movement. Assembly was ridiculously easy, as is storage. You have the choice to add more or less tension, using the two knobs on the back side. It's nice to customize each arm, as one of my legs is much worse than the other. I can ease up on one half if I need to. The size is ideal for a broad range - I am 5'1, 118 lbs and have no problem. My husband is 6'0 and 220 and he has no problem either. He is able to use this machine daily as a big part of his own fitness journey. Since we both share the unit, switching tension settings is a breeze and takes only seconds to do. Included in the box is a manual guide for workouts. I love that there are multiple ways to use the Wonder Core - it's definitely not just for sit ups. You can get a whole body workout with just one piece of equipment. The only problem we have both had was doing push ups. There is no comfortable way to do them, we've each tried and it's super awkward. However, the other exercises were completely fine. I would absolutely recommend the Wonder Core to anyone looking for a multi-purpose unit to their home gym set up.

This ab machine works very well and is a great addition to any home workout routine. It effectively supports sit-ups and a variety of core exercises, helping to strengthen and tone the abdominal muscles. The compact design makes it easy to store and perfect for small spaces, which is ideal for anyone working out at home. I gave 4 stars because the resistance could be better, but overall it's a nice product

It’s actually pretty decent. I use it 3:1 days and my core is strengthening. It full body workout system helps me target other areas like triceps and legs too. Perfect for a planned or random work out with ease. If it’s hard to consider working out because you can’t get up the resistance makes it easy to do more than you ever could have alone but it still is effective. Better than doing nothing. You will feel the abs soreness for a brief time. My body is changing. I’d rather use this than the weight loss meds along with half plate of salad each night.

A great way to work out in your home. Lots of different options to choose from. Legs, arms, stomach, back, neck. Stores easily. Well constructed. Easy to use.

No assembly required- works as an all purpose exerciser- fantastic product- I highly recommend!!!

I bought this for my senior mom who can't always go outside for exercise. What really motivated me to buy this for her is that there is a "bicycle pedaling" exercise. Although, please note, there are many other kinds of exercises you can do with this. And I'm impressed there's even tension control knobs to increase the level of exertion needed. Another plus is that it's not heavy to move at all. Definitely recommend for your senior loved ones to keep active! 💚 Two thumbs up! 👍👍
