iSpring 123Filter UVT11A - 11-Watts 110-Volt Transformer Ballast with Smart Flow Sensor Switch

I bought this transformer and the pump that its made for. They need several additional parts which you have to figure out on your own, then you have to do some soldering and put the whole thing together. It's a total nightmare. If I could have given it a 0 star I would have. Sent them both back and then read several similar comments about them. Buy the complete kit but first try increasing the air pressure in you bladder tank if you have one. I did and never needed to order a pump.

It works well and saves bulb life so much. My transformer malfunctioned after 6 months, I called support and Nick mailed me a new one easy peasy . Thanks, Nick! Thanks ISpring !

This product is absolutely awesome. I Set up the new ballast with the flow switch onto my reverse osmosis system And now the 11w UV bulb (G11 T5 Ultra Violet-C TUV) comes on when the water flows to my faucet or ice maker. I timed the circuit, and it stays on for 1 minute 40 seconds after the water flow stops to sterilize the water in the stainless steel tube. Ingenious product, far superior to the ballast that leaves the lamp on 24 hours a day and makes the water hot, and the bulb wear out sooner. Thank you iSpring for your help on a replacement part I needed April 2020. Despite the Covid 19 crisis, Don was able to provide great service and advice.

The replacement unit I ordered came without any install instructions or the bulb harness. Despite my best efforts, I could not get it to work so I contact iSpring support directly. Jeff at iSpring.com sent me a replacement power supply, bulb harness, AND replacement bulb - plus a link to installation instructions. Within a few minutes I had everything connected and working thanks to Jeff over at iSpring.

I was expecting the original blast unit to be shipped but low and behold I got the digital one! Either I got lucky at random or the sellers photos are not up to date yet. Very very thankful this balast got updated especially for the price! I originally bought the 7 stage 2 or 3 years ago and the blast for the past maybe year has not worked to my knowledge (filtration is installed on my overland trailer). If this blast should fail I will switch over to their UV-C led housing. Mine also had come with the flow sensor and blue wire harness for the bulb. The wire harness was to long for my application so I had reused the original ballasts green harness.
