Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G 128GB - Mystic Black Dual Sim (Single SIM + e-SIM) (Renewed)

First of all, let me just say I was skeptical about buying a refurbished phone, as most people are. However, despite my scepticism, I have been utterly impressed by the phone. The phone appears to be brand new with absolutely no signs of it being secondhand the phone looks absolutely pristine with 0 blemishes. The only issue I had with the phone was with the s pen. The S Pen that arrived with the phone appeared to have a faulty battery, so it did not connect via Bluetooth. The pen was still functional but I got in contact with the seller and they replaced it for free and now all this sorted. Overall, I think this purchase was extremely worthwhile. I presume the battery has been replaced on this model as the battery is performing exceptionally well, lasting at least more than a whole day. If you are having doubts with buying a refurbished phone I suggest that you have faith in the seller. They have without a doubt impressed me! Do make sure to buy yourself a decent charger though. The phone came with an unofficial plug and cable, which doesn't provide the fast charging the originals would have.

£1,300 back in the day and what was delivered from this seller looks like the brand new one I got from Vodafone {that got stolen}. Absolutely flawless... No chips, scratches or dents. Android 13 with OneUI 5.0 so only 0.1 from bleeding edge. You can Google the spec sheet so I don't need to go through all details. The main takeaway is if your budget is less than £370 for what was nearly a thousand more, you can trust a virtually perfect handset. Your extra right should be, "what's the battery health like?", Great question, answer is.... Brilliant, at 89% And you get a year's warranty too. Any downsides? Hardly any, but here's a couple Only a generic charger, no original box and no software update since November. None of this is promised so no problem, and for me I've got all this from the phone that was nicked from me. Very disappointed, this arrived today and it was faulty. The screen has very clearly been replaced and as soon as I switched it on, it had a grey/grainy background (the best way I can explain it). I then also noticed issues with the screen in general whilst trying to set up the on-screen fingerprint recognition and it wouldn't register all of my touches. Then after setting up, apps would randomly keep opening themselves and the app tray would flicker between the two screens without being touched. This is far from the excellent condition it stated it should have been and now I've got the hassle of returning and waiting for a refund. I've learnt my lesson from buying second hand phones from Amazon and won't be doing it again

Love the phone, I've had one before and had no trouble with it, but this one we have now (got 3 Samsung Note 20) but the finger print doesn't work very well (to unlock the phone), sometimes it works but majority of time it does not, so I've stopped using the finger print one, but we are keeping the phones because it's a brilliant phone, like I said before I've had one before and I love it, that is why I gave it a 4 🌟, if everything worked right it would be a 5 star 🌟.

Delivered within 2 days even to the Scottish Highlands. The phone is in excellent condition and a huge upgrade from my s9. I'm a very happy customer 5*

The phone arrived via Royal Mail Tracked, securely packs in a generic box, inside one of those really sturdy, hard bubble wrap pouches. The phone included a charging cable and a decent generic 20w charger. The condition was excellent, as good as a brand new phone cosmetically. Everything functions OK. Pleasantly surprised and would use this seller again. Cannot comment on battery life yet, but I have no reason to expect anything bad so I will give 4 stars for that.
