I also have the Speedcross 5 GTX version and although it is also very good shoes for trekking, I fell like it’s very hot when use it in summer/spring seasons and long distances, because it’s waterproof (Goretex). This Speedcross 6 is the standard version (without Goretex but with some water resistance) so is more breathable and light, best for trailruns in hot weathers. The grip is impeccable.

Yes, I'm. FACTs: I didn't purchase the GTX model, Nooo, I didn't. However, next time, I possibly will. Nevertheless ... Salomon's quality fit, impressive design, Conta Grip sole, comfort performance, high durability fabrics and combined innovative materials ... gives a superior experience each time I adorn my feet with these. Gripping into all surfaces as they anchors my feet and bites into earth's multifaceted terrain. Predominantly ... these ARE trail runners, but I, utilize them for my everyday walking needs. ADDED FACTs: They're are impressively lite weight and invitingly breathable. Also, NOTE: When they get wet, via rain ... puddles, or ponding water. They dry out quite easily and quickly. CONCLUSION: I'm extremely confident in my Speedcross 6s expected performance. Moreover, being streamlined for my narrow feet. I gravitate to these (always) to chop into my daily walk-path. Oh Yeah! Did I mention the awesome value for money? Totally, worth it. Yes! I wholeheartedly DO RECOMMEND for the trails (made for it) ... and just to comfortably step around town ... added bonus, (MADE for it).

普段の靴は25.5-26cmを履いてますが、トレッキングの場合の下りは爪先に負荷が掛かるから普段履きより長めが良いと聞き、27cmを購入。正解でした。クイックシューレースも便利で履きやすいです。タウンでも履いても違和感ないと思います。
