Quality product, but
Everything about this product smacks of quality and the company are very helpful and responsive. My only negative comments are that there is no vit K2 and the proportion of active nutrients is on the low side (for the price). I switched to Naturelo wholefood multi-vits as taking only half the recommended dose (2 instead of 4) gets you pretty near the NRVs.

Not cheap but a high-quality staple for the 45+ age group
I ordered these for my wife, who is a huge fan of Wild Nutrition and already uses a few of their other products. She’s reached that stage where a standard "one-size-fits-all" multivitamin doesn't really cut it anymore, so she wanted something specifically tailored for women over 45. These are designed to help with hormonal balance and energy levels using their "Food-Grown" method, which is supposed to be easier for the body to absorb. She’s been taking them daily for just under two weeks now. — Pros — Noticeable Energy Boost: My wife has mentioned that she feels a bit more "even" throughout the day. She’s not hitting that mid-afternoon slump as hard as she used to, and actually has energy to spend time with me in the 'evenings' ! Easy on the Stomach: A lot of multivitamins can be quite harsh if you don't eat a full meal with them, but she’s had no issues with these at all. The "Food-Grown" side of things seems to make them much gentler on the system. Excellent Ingredients: It’s not just vitamins and minerals; the addition of herbs like Ashwagandha and Dong Quai is a real merit for this age group, as they're great for managing stress and hormonal changes. No Nasty Additives: Wild Nutrition are brilliant for keeping their products clean. There are no synthetic fillers or binders, which is why she keeps coming back to this brand. — Cons — Not cheap: There’s no getting around the fact that these are a premium supplement. They are definitely more expensive than high-street brands, so it’s an investment in your health. Capsule Quantity: The daily dose is two capsules, which some people might find a bit much to swallow every day, though my wife hasn't had any trouble with the size of them. Patience Required: While the energy boost was fairly quick, the benefits for bone health and long-term hormonal balance aren't things you'll see overnight—you have to be consistent with them. — Conclusion / Recommendation — If you’re already a fan of the brand or you’re looking for a high-spec multivitamin that actually considers the needs of women over 45, I’d definitely recommend these. My wife is really pleased with them so far and the quality of the ingredients is clear. My wife says its a great product if you want a natural, well-researched supplement that supports you through the typical changes that come with this age.

Terrible taste
Bought these and the probiotic. Only taken 2 days worth but had to comment on the revolting small and taste of the vitamin capsules and they are huge. Really unpleasant to swallow. Maybe unavoidable with this type of product but would put me off repurchasing.

Good all-rounder
’ve been taking WILD NUTRITION Food-Grown® Women’s 45+ Daily Multi for a few weeks, and it feels like a thoughtful formula for this stage of my life. The capsules are quite large but I find them easy to swallow. I should note that others who struggle with big pills and capsules might find them tricky, though. The capsules have no flavour and only a faint vegetal aroma, and they don’t repeat or make me burp. I also haven’t experienced any side effects. This multivitamin seems well suited to women around midlife looking to support energy levels, hormonal balance, and bone and muscle health. I like that Wild Nutrition takes a whole-food approach rather than a long list of synthetic nutrients. One ingredient that caught my eye was turmeric. I know turmeric’s active compound curcumin is often linked with anti-inflammatory effects, which can be helpful as we age. However, curcumin isn’t easily absorbed on its own; it normally needs piperine (from black pepper) to make a real difference, and this product doesn’t include any pepper compounds. That suggests the turmeric in these tablets probably isn’t doing much on its own, even if it reads well on the label. Still, overall the formula feels balanced for my needs, and as someone who's been using Wild Nutrition supplements for a couple of years, I'm happy to recommend this one. Do be aware, however, that although the bottle contains 60 capsules, this is only a 1-month supply, which definitely makes it rather more expensive than the average multi-vitamin supplement. In its defence, though, if you look at the nutrition label, you'll see that instead of an NRV percentages list well over the daily requirement for each ingredient, this supplement is designed to work *with* one's diet... quite literally supplementing the nutrients from it, and not pushing one's body to ingesting them to excess, which is what most cheaper multi-vits do. I would rather pay more for a high-quality and natural supplement that's going to work with my body than a cheap one that's going to overload it.
