Tastes just like salt and no sodium...very helpful on a low sodium diet

El sabor es desagradable y en realidad no saben a sal los alimentos. Es verdad que no tiene sodio, pero no es un buen sustituto de sal. Me decepcionó su sabor.

Does have a slightly different taste than salt, however it's the best salt alternative I've tried. Minimizing salty foods right now due to high blood pressure, which sucks as I LOVE salty stuff. Putting this on foods like my fries scratches that itch and does taste fairly salty. I don't need to use very much either. There is a slightly sour/bitter taste to it, but it's mild enough I don't mind. It has made it a lot easier to give up salt.

I have been on a low sodium diet. As a result food has been bland. I decided to try this and it is a major difference. Does not taste like regular salt but close enough for me and it makes meals enjoyable again. Think of it like replacing lime in a recipe with lemon. While not exactly the same flavor, it improves a dish in a similar way, way better than eating bland food.
