They are a great size for my needs and my dog to use after surgery. Comes with I cover and you can wrap securely. Great quality and I’m very pleased with the flexibility to wrap easily around and secure with the wide and soft Velcro strap.

I just had surgery. Even though I have a wrap I needed something to help with pain. I bought this and oh my it’s the best money spent. Come with several ice packs , plus I had same sized ice packs. The wrap fits small to larger sizes and lasts a while cold. This has helped me so very much. I will recommend this to everyone. This is good for any part of the body. I don’t always take the time to right such thorough reviews - but these are absolutely fantastic! Out of all the many we have tried and own, these are far and away the best we have ever used, hands down. Have not tried the heat feature, but there are the most comfortable, soft, flexible, and perfectly cold ice packs - just the right size for versatility. They are made extremely well and seem very durable. The weight suggests quality but not so much that they are uncomfortable because of their great pliability and texture. I cannot foresee any quality control issues, such as any leakage happening, because of the very nice materials used, thoughtful design and A+ constructon. Cannot recommend them enough - especially due to the value of getting four medium sized packs, along with a Velcro pouch included that works as a sleeve with adjustable size depending on application. For us, it is ideal for our needs of using it in on neck, forehead, and upper arms.

Comes with 4 packs that can be put in the freezer or microwave depending on what your need is. Also comes with a sleeve to put the pack in. It has a Velcro strip at the end, so it can be used around the entire body to use on your back or can be wrapped around multiple times and still attached with the Velcro if you need it for your elbow, knee, ankle, etc. The packs freeze rather quickly, in about an hour and it stays cold for quite some time while you are icing. Works well and would recommend.

These packs are great for smaller areas. Just what I was looking for. Gel packs work better for me. Like the fast warmup and like the soft material. Great I'm pleased. Thank you!

I got these for a broken ankle. I like the holder that comes with it. Very helpful for my recovery. They froze up real fast and are still pliable once frozen. Would recommend.

Great package! You get four gel packs, always having one ready for use. The wrap around device makes it possible to treat most areas. Very functional!

My husband uses them every day after work! They are so easy to put on and very comfortable! You can even walk around with it on!
