Q: When applied over lipstick, does it make the color transfer-proof after it dries?

It honestly depends on the lipstick. So far, I've found that MAC and Kat Von D lipsticks and OCC liptars work the best with Lipcote. If you follow the directions exactly and apply 2-3 coats, it can be transfer proof and won't feel uncomfortable. With lipsticks that don't work as well with Lipcote, more than one coat can get all crumbly and peely. I've been wearing Lipcote with my Kat VonD lipstick today (so far from 7am to 1pm) and my white ceramic coffee cup has no lipstick on it. It's barely started wearing away on the inside of my lips and I'll reapply after lunch.

It won't alter the look of your lipstick at all. If you're wearing matte lipstick, it will still be matte even with the lipcote applied over it.

Q: Anyone tried this with eyeshadow, as a liner?

NO!!!! Wouldn't recommend it..... Contains lots of alcohol,and what if it gets in your eyes?.......BAD IDEA!!!
