Really like this griddle.. it is the perfect size for my stove top (got the largest size).. it’ll be so much easier to do eggs, sausage and potato pancakes using this! Stir fries, pan-fried chicken, french toast… Possibilities are endless! Also really like the lip/edge that goes all the way around.. nice pan, yet not too heavy.. but a solid weight. Haven’t used it yet, but feel it is a very good addition to my cooking repertoire.

I use this pan all the time for big meals like burgers or chicken patties. I also have fried potatoes in it & they turned out great. It's not that deep, butbit gets the job done. Wipes off nice also. I recommend this pan.

My husband loves this griddle, he's been using it weekly. He likes that he's able to cook eggs, potato patties and ham all together in the same pan without sticking. He rubs a bit of butter on it and nothing sticks. I made pancakes and they were fluffy, cooked throughout, did not burn and did not stick to the griddle. The griddle it's very easy to clean with mild soap and water. We are Very Happy with this purchase.

Not high temperature to cook steak, however it’s good for making pancakes. Not bad.

Griddle evenly distributes heat over the entire surface when bridging 2 burners. Although I did use a little spray I don’t think it was necessary the nonstick surface released thr pancakes easily. Well worth the money.

Does not distribute heat evenly across griddle when placed on the large electric stove top burner. Also after just a couple uses nolonger sets flat on my glass stove top.

It fit perfectly on there stovetop!

I love this griddle which fits over 2 rings of my gas cooker. It heats fast, and evenly. I've cooked kofta kebabs and burgers on it since I got it, and they cooked perfectly just spraying with olive oil spray lightly. I also made what we Scots call white scones, which need no oil spray, just straight onto the griddle - perfect. Because it's non-stick, I didn't buy proper blackstone griddle tools as they are all metal, but I bought a silicone, long bladed fish slice (from Amazon) and that works perfectly for the long kofta kebabs. I do have an electric griddle, but this gives me a better control over temperatures.

I grabbed this griddle because I make big breakfasts pretty much every weekend, my sister stays over a lot, and I love doing the whole spread for the three of us. This is exactly the size I needed. It’s heavier than it looks in the photos (in a good way), and it heats up fast on my flat-top. The best part is just how much I can cook at once now. Before, everyone was waiting their turn for eggs in my tiny pan. Now I can knock out all our eggs at the same time, plus it handles a whole round of pancakes without playing Tetris. The surface really is non-stick, nothing really fought me when I flipped it, and cleanup was easy too just some warm water and soap. So if you cook for multiple people or just like having everything ready hot at the same time, this is such a good addition. My little weekend breakfast routine has certainly been upgraded thanks to this.

Very pleased with this Flat Griddle. The top is absolutely non-stick, and the matrix underside allows evenly distributed heat. Nice lightweight too and super easy to rinse off.

Wanted a griddle to cook multiple burgers or steaks and this was a good choice. The griddle is fairly light for its size (unlike cast iron) so its easy to move around on the stove top or campfire. The handles are just far out that it would get burnt on a stove top or heated up which is important when I need to move everything to a counter. The texture on the griddle is very minimal which is perfect for cleaning. The coating so far is lasting; however looking at the back, right out of the box t he coating looks somewhat sporadically applied with some places of the coating already chipping. The cover is a nice touch and works well for steaming and reducing oil splatter.

I ordered this stove top grill pan to replace the cast iron grill pan I've been using. I find that the cast iron version is too heavy and a hassle to clean. The quality of this grill pan is very good, especially when you factor in the economical price point. Some assembly was required, attaching the handles was easy and straightforward. The center section of the handles have a protective covering so that they remain cool to the touch. The pan is lightweight and the size is sufficient that it covers 2 burners on my cook top. I have a gas cook top and have found that the pan does an efficient job of distributing heat evenly. The listing stipulates that this pan is safe for use on a gas cook top but it also states to not concentrate heat in one area or risk deformation. It's kind of hard not to concentrate heat in one spot when using gas so I'm hopeful that this won't pose a problem over time, so far so good. So far clean up has been almost effortless. All that was required even after grilling with a sweet sauce was soap and water and a little elbow grease. The Vayepro 15 inch nonstick griddle pan is an excellent value for the price point (under 13 when ordered).
