Didn't work for me.
Tried for two nights and certainly had no impact whatsoever on my snoring. My partner even recorded me snoring last night. This product definitely does not work for me.It was easy to mould to my teeth and reasonably comfortable. First night I woke up to a little teeth ache along my front bottom teeth. Will be requesting a refund as per description.

It works!!
Total game changer. My husband hasn’t had a decent night sleep in years with my snoring. This was recommended to me and I was sceptical but I can honestly say my snoring as stopped completely. Teeth a bit tender in the morning (think I grind them) but can cope with that.

Doesn't work
I tried this for 1 month and found that I kept spitting it out in my sleep and waking up having to try and find it. If moulded correctly it can be comfortable to wear.

DO NOT BUY!!!!
This does not work!!!! Doesn't mould to your teeth or gums, to big and makes you gag when you put it in the mouth. Very cheap plastic and the box it came in is to small for the mouth container. Total rip off and I paid the extra money to get it the same day.

Not the easiest to put in and then as I have seen on other reviews can get teeth ache, never managed to keep it in more than an hour

Doesn't stop snoring, drys your mouth out and hurts your teeth and gums.

Not great, not terrible
Whilst my partner has said he's not heard me snore since wearing this (about a week now), we're not certain whether that's because of this, or that he's just been in a deep sleep. Time will tell. This doesn't mold to your mouth, it does hurt your gums (behind your upper and lower front teeth), I've found that I take it out in my sleep sometimes, makes your mouth water so best keep a tissue handy in case you dribble haha. However, I'm now breathing through my nose more and my gag reflex isn't as bad as it was and I'm not able to grind my teeth in my sleep whilst wearing it.I'll keep using it to see if it gets better/see if I get used to it.
