Well painted but no protective varnish applied.
We purchased these for nieces. Arrived in a plan brown bag with no padding. Very poorly packaged. The nesting dolls themselves were painted well but no varnish or other protective finish had been applied. I had expected the seller to make some modest effort to protect these dolls before putting them into the mail system. We were lucky they were not damaged.

On the edge of wanting to throw it away
Product came kinda damaged some parts weren't sanded so kids might end up with splinters. The very inner doll was hard to open as the paint was holding it closed. It is cute wouldnt recommend for little little kids I definitely wouldnt buy it again as i was expecting something completely different
