I bought these to help my immune system because I get sick alot, and within 3 weeks I can really feel a difference! I have more energy and I'm able to focus better and my mood is so much better. Chatgpt says you definitely can and will notice a difference from Vitamin D if your body was deficient in it, which explains why I feel so good! The taste on these is great. They're a soft gummy, easy to chew, delicious, very easy to taste daily. However....the first 3 ingredients are sugar. Glucose syrup, sugar and glucose. There are 6mg of sugar in only two gummies. I love them and they they're GMP stamped, but I need to note the sugar and think about that.
