I had regrettably purchased this product before I read the review noting someone else with sensitive skin had also had an issue. Unfortunately as I could not return the product I decided to test it on the back of my hand first. The liquid itself is a thick rather sticky consistency. it went on the skin reasonably well. However after a few minutes it began pricking and stinging. I had to wash the product off after about 5 minutes. It left my skin red and irritated. I would caution anyone buying the product who has sensitive skin that this most likely would not be the product for you. I contrasted with the Cicaplast Baume B5+ with madecassoide. This product did not produce the same reaction and instead left my skin smooth, soft and did not irritate.

I got this products because I'm in love with GG skincare. But oh my god if I knew how bad is this I'd never get it. I'm not that type of girl who complains or like to write review but I felt that I have to warn others of this gel thing. My skin was burning and It was super super uncomfortable. I never ever had anything like this with another GG skincare but this one is a hell no again. I had to ask a refund coz there is no way I'd put this on my skin again.

The media could not be loaded. The texture of the serum is not liquid! Is look like gelatin, a clear sign that it is not good. Waste of money, don't buy something like this. You can't use it on your face! I want my money back!

I really wanted this product to work for me, it sounded like it had a great blend of calming ingredients but unfortunately this caused a burning sensation on contact. I tried it twice on different areas of skin but it happened both times, something in the formulation obviously just didn't agree with my sensitive skin.
