Kit Keep It Simple, Setup (KISS) - MN229, MN235, MN604

Very comprehensive set of adjustment tools. Good quality and has been put to use in tweaking my guitars and straps. Has enabled me to do work I would have had to pay someone to do for me in the past.

Overall looks good quality - although perhaps a bit pricey for what it is. Main disappointment is that I'm missing the entire truss rod wrench set! They didn't send it out with the others. After waiting 2 weeks for delivery this is really disappointing

I thought these kits were pricey for what they are, then used one in a guitar building class and had to get it. It's great to have on the bench while doing assembly and setup. Everything is right there, saving time and taking less space than the individual tools. The big selling point for me is the handle for the bit kit. Seems gimmicky having the nut driving section, but it's actually quite genius. You can tighten tuners without scratching the hardware (especially black hardware). The Allen bits being small enough for saddle height screws is impressive. Even the spanner has a soft rubber bottom to avoid finish scratches. The measuring tools are solid and not as sharp as the cheapo ones you find here. The budget ones work fine but can scratch finishes if you're not careful. The truss rod kit is great just because of the acorn nut wrenches. I fell in love with those early on when I ordered them individually. The Phillips head on the bottom is perfect for truss rod covers. The kit's not cheap, but if you do setup and/or assembly regularly it's worth the price of admission. Definitely recommend the bit kit over the StewMac one because of the handle. It's nice to have more options for premium guitar tools, and Music Nomad hasn't disappointed me yet.

Very clear instructions on how to setup your guitars. Can save some money to do the simple setup on my own and only sending the more complicated jobs to a Luthier

This is a great tool kit and is a fantastic value. If you work on your own guitars or on guitars for other people, this kit will pay for itself in no time. You’ve got pretty much everything that you need (tool wise) to do a proper setup on your guitar.

the 10mm nut driver in it got absolutely stripped out when replacing the first guitar tuners! It became useless before loosening 3 Fender tuner nuts! MusicNomad needs to refund me for this!
